Over the past few years, Janet has focused on achieving balance in her life, following a period of burnout due to juggling various responsibilities, including full-time work, caregiving for family members with health issues, and attending to the needs of those around her. After experiencing exhaustion from a predominantly masculine energy-driven lifestyle characterized by constant productivity and responsiveness, Janet underwent a transformation, shifting towards a more feminine energy approach.

This shift involved introspection, meditation, journaling, and connecting with like-minded individuals, leading her to launch a podcast and coaching career titled “The Anomaly Factor.” Embracing her identity as a Highly Sensitive Empath, Janet aims to support others in their journey toward inner peace and healing.

Through her own journey of self-discovery and healing from what, at the time, seemed like an unsurmountable amount of Grief, Janet has recognized the importance of remaining grounded and self-aware, allowing for deeper connections with others. She acknowledges the grief associated with letting go of her old self and past relationships but finds solace in the opportunity for personal growth and transformation by helping others heal and find their own unique Anomaly within and connecting with like-minded people.

Gratitude plays a significant role in Janet’s outlook as she embraces the opportunity to pursue her passions and undergo further training in modalities such as Compassionate Inquiry, Relational Life Therapy, Thomas Hubl Practice Group Leader Training, and EMDR therapy with the help of her loving and supportive family who love her unconditionally. She had many mentors in her life; the ones she honors the most with much love and gratitude are Sue Paige at Pathways and Kathleen Cameron at Diamond Academy. She has nothing but love and gratitude for her soul, which continues to ask for more, and she honors it.
